All Bill Wall Leather jewellery is handcrafted in the United States, using traditional silversmithing techniques and premium materials such as sterling silver and carefully selected accents. Each piece reflects the brand’s commitment to artistry, durability, and individuality.

3. What is the heritage behind Bill Wall Leather?

Founded in 1985 in Malibu, California, Bill Wall created Bill Wall Leather as an expression of rebellion, craftsmanship, and self-identity.

The brand draws deep inspiration from rock-and-roll, surf, and biker culture, and has been worn by everyone from outlaw bikers to global icons, across movie sets and red carpets.

Today, each BWL creation is considered wearable art, made for those who Wear With Attitude.

4. What is the Bill Wall Leather Legacy Collection?

The Legacy Collection is a more accessible line created to introduce a wider audience to the world of Bill Wall Leather.

While it offers a more approachable entry point, it still carries the same DNA of authenticity, craftsmanship, and bold design philosophy that defines the brand.

This collection marks the official entry of Bill Wall Leather into Singapore and Malaysia, welcoming a new generation of wearers.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of item ordered:

• Standard items: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 weeks

• Custom-made items: Estimated delivery within 4 to 8 weeks

As all pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in production time may occur.

6. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. All purchases are made in Singapore, and all listed prices already include GST. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes to be paid upon delivery.

7. What is your policy on exchanges and refunds?

As every Bill Wall Leather piece is individually handcrafted, all sales are final. We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing. Our team is always available to assist with sizing, design, and customisation inquiries before checkout.

8. Does Bill Wall Leather provide a product warranty or after-sales servicing?

Yes. All Bill Wall Leather items purchased in Singapore and Malaysia are supported locally by Black Core Pte Ltd.

After-sales servicing and repair support may include polishing, resizing, stone replacement, and general repairs, depending on the condition of the piece.

There is no fixed international factory warranty, and all servicing is handled locally without returning items to the United States.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents is not covered under warranty and may be repaired at a reasonable charge after assessment.

9. Are there any exceptions to the no refund or exchange policy?

Yes. While all Bill Wall Leather items are generally final sale due to their handcrafted nature, exceptions are made in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or transit-related damage.

We guarantee what we make. If you are not satisfied at the time you receive your item, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

All claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item and the piece must be returned in its original condition for assessment.

Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for refund or replacement but may be repaired at a reasonable charge.

10. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

No. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed for both standard and custom-made items.

As all Bill Wall Leather pieces are handcrafted and production begins shortly after order confirmation, there is no cancellation window and no exceptions.

11. Are Bill Wall Leather pieces mass-produced?

No. Bill Wall Leather jewellery is not mass-produced. 

Each piece is carved, cast, and finished using traditional methods, making every item a limited creation with natural variations that highlight its handcrafted nature.

12. Will there be a price increase for Bill Wall Leather products in 2026?

Bill Wall Leather has announced a global price adjustment planned for 2026. 

However, the final confirmation for our market is still pending official approval. Once confirmed, updated pricing will be reflected on our website and communicated accordingly.

13. What does “Wear With Attitude” mean?

“Wear With Attitude” is the core philosophy of Bill Wall Leather. 

It represents confidence, individuality, rebellion, and self-expression. Each piece is meant to be more than jewellery. It is a reflection of the wearer’s personality and identity.
